I am in my thirties and have worked in the IT field for some years now. Like most in the business I had humble beginnings. I started my profession delivering and installing PCs for domestic users ordered from Tesco, John Lewis, Argos and the like. I enjoyed that personal touch and as a result have shaped my career in IT to keep myself as much as possible face to face with the person in front of the screen.

My experiences have taken me to the likes of American Express and other multinational companies. These connections are still maintained so I'd like to think I still have my finger on the pulse :-)
